5K Run/Walk is April 24th at Paradise Valley Resort & Club - Roads closed to traffic during race

Just a reminder, the 5K run is this Saturday, April 24th. Because the race takes place on resort property, the roads will be closed to through traffic for 2 hours from 10am until 12pm. Please make arrangements to arrive before or after the road closure, as you will be unable to drive into the resort during the 5K.

The Valley is the place to be this weekend!

If you haven't been to the Valley yet this season, you are missing out. We have had great weather for the last several weekends, and this weekend is suppose to be just as beautiful.

The restaurant will also be opening back up, on a limited schedule. So stop by Saturday and grab a hamburger while you lounge poolside.

The Valley is the place to be this weekend. The weather is suppose to be great all weekend, sunny and in the high 70s. We have a dance Friday & Saturday night. We will also be giving away free burgers and hotdogs from 12:30-1:30 poolside Saturday.

14th Annual Fig Leak 5K at Paradise Valley Resort in Dawsonville

On April 24th, we will have our annual 5k Run/Walk at Paradise Valley Resort in Dawsonville. If you haven't signed up yet, registration forms are available here. This is the only clothing optional 5K in Georgia. Don't miss this great event. Proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.

St. Patrick's Party - Win a 32 inch flat screen TV

Saturday night, March 13th, Paradise Valley Resort & Club will have its St. Patrick's Party. We will have green beer and complimentary snacks from 8:00pm till midnight. At 1am, one lucky person will win a 32 inch flat screen TV.

2009 Christmas Party

Platform Tents

If you have been following the Valley blog or website, you will know that in the past 10 weeks we have renovated, remodeled and improved Georgia's Premier Nudist Resort. We have built a large Tiki Sundeck, added a new patio to the restaurant and poured a large concrete pad for the new cabanas. Starting this week we are adding Platform Tents. As I like to compare these bungalows to forts and playhouses when we were kids. The memories of hiding out and just being kids at the old fort or tree house.

We have recreated the tree house, but this time for adults. The new platform tents are unique to the Southeast and unlike anything you will find at a nudist or naturist resort or club in the Southeast United States.

Here is a picture from today showing the construction of the new Platform Tents. They will rent for $25 on Friday nights and $35 on Saturday nights. Enjoy our weekend package, arrive on Friday, leave on Sunday afternoon for $50, plus grounds fees for non-members.
